Dinner on the Dunes Itinerary

We pick you up from your hotel in the late afternoon and drive to the Sam sand dunes.

Policies

Confirmation Policy:

You'll receive a confirmation message on WhatsApp or email within 24 hours of your booking request.
If your preferred date is unavailable, we'll offer the nearest alternative before confirming.
You may cancel before confirmation for a full refund of any advance paid.

Refund Policy:

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy:

30+ days before travel: 25% of the tour cost is charged as a cancellation fee.
15–30 days before travel: 50% of the tour cost is charged as a cancellation fee.
Under 15 days before travel: the full tour cost is non-refundable.
Tours affected by weather, government restrictions, or events beyond our control will be rescheduled where possible rather than refunded in cash.
